Aged Spirits Sensory Consulting

Have casks you’re not sure what to do with, or need somebody to help keep up with periodic cask evaluation? In partnership with my husband, Andy Garrison, head distiller at Stone Barn Brandyworks, I offer sensory consulting services to aged spirits brands. Together, we have more than 20 years of experience in distilled spirits production, marketing, and media. We can provide product formulation advice, help with single barrel selections and blending decisions, and provide ongoing cask monitoring with specific recommendations for every cask.
